Marine Compliance Solutions supported new clent, Crowley Wind Services, with the development and implementation of an innovative multi-phase Faclity Security Plan for its Salem Wind Terminal in Salem, MA. The FSP is designed to flexbly assure maritime security through the terminal's construction and operational phases.

Twin screw coastal tug FOURNIER GIRLS was acquired by Penobscot Bay and Tractor Tug from Norfolk Tug Compnay in mid-2022 and was seamlessly incorporated into the Penobscot Bay and Tractor Tug Towing Safety Management System (designed by Marine Compliance Solutions) after a rigorous external audit.

Marine Compliance Solutions client Mitchell Towing and Salvage was hand selected to complete towing services for the iconic Mayflower II. Mitchell's tug JAGUAR completed over two weeks of towing services providing logistics for sail training and towing to Mayflower's homeport of Plymouth, MA after a prolonged refit at Mystic Seaport in Mystic, CT.

Marine Compliance Solutions supported P & L Towing and Transportation's CAPT BEAU's international Sub-chapter M COI. The new acquisition for P&L will support bi-weekly cargo service to Haiti from Miami. CAPT BEAU is the 13th tug with an MCS facilitated COI.
